Responsibilities: Own and execute end-to-end lifecycle management for hardware and software assets, from procurement through deployment, optimisation, and retirement. Manage and maintain accurate software entitlement records, deployments, and reconciliations to establish effective licence compliance positions. Act as a hands-on practitioner for ServiceNow ITAM, SAM, and CMDB modules. Maintain CI class models, relationships, and data standards aligned to ITIL and internal governance requirements. Perform data quality reviews, reconciliations, and remediation activities to improve asset and CMDB accuracy.
