This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in alloy wheel repairs or smart repairs who takes pride in producing high-quality work and delivering excellent results. Working Monday to Friday, this role offers a competitive basic salary, an achievable OTE of 40,000 and no weekend working. Key ResponsibilitiesRepairing kerbed, scratched and damaged alloy wheels.Preparing, sanding, filling and refinishing alloy wheels to a high standard.Carrying out cosmetic repairs to restore wheels to their best possible condition.Colour matching and applying finishes where required.Inspecting completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.Delivering a professional service and taking pride in the quality of your work.What We''re Looking ForPrevious experience in alloy wheel refurbishment, smart repairs or a similar automotive repair role.Good practical skills and attention to detail.The ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.A commitment to producing high-quality repairs.A full UK driving licence may be required, depending on the working arrangements.What''s on Offer? 36,000 basic salary 40,000 ..... full job details .....
