Pay and Hours 16.72 per hour4 on 4 off shift pattern06:00-18:00Temp to perm after 12 weeks (performance/attendance dependent) Key ResponsibilitiesYou''ll be responsible for completing high-quality cosmetic repairs, including:SMART repairs to a high cosmetic standardRepairing minor dents, scratches, bumper scuffs and paint defectsColour matching and blending to achieve seamless finishesWorking in line with company standards and health and safety proceduresRecording completed work and reporting any additional damage or issues RequirementsTo be considered, you must have:Full UK Driving Licence held for at least 2 yearsBe 22+ years oldNo points or endorsements (up to 3 points may be considered depending on code)Proven experience in SMART repair / bodyshop / cosmetic vehicle repairStrong attention to detail and pride in your workReliable and able to commit to the 4 on 4 off shift pattern BenefitsCompetitive rate of 16.72 per hourTemp to perm opportunity after 12 weeksOngoing work with a well-established automotive clientFriendly, supportive team ..... full job details .....
