This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment, with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract after 12 weeks based on performance. Key Responsibilities Completing SMART repairs to a high standard (paintwork, bumpers, scuffs, scratches, minor dents, alloy wheel repairs where applicable) Preparing panels and surfaces ready for repair/paint Colour matching and blending to achieve a quality finish Working to site processes, health and safety standards, and productivity targets Reporting any additional damage/rectification required Candidate Requirements Previous experience in SMART repair is required Full UK driving licence required Held for at least 2 years Must be 22 years of age or over (insurance requirement) Ideally 0 points / no endorsements Up to 3 points may be accepted depending on the endorsement code Strong attention ...
