This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment, with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract after 12 weeks based on performance. Key Responsibilities - Completing SMART repairs to a high standard (paintwork, bumpers, scuffs, scratches, minor dents, alloy wheel repairs where applicable) - Preparing panels and surfaces ready for repair/paint - Colour matching and blending to achieve a quality finish - Working to site processes, health & safety standards, and productivity targets - Reporting any additional damage/rectification required Candidate Requirements - Previous experience in SMART repair is required - Full UK driving licence required - Held for at least 2 years - Must be 22 years of age or over (insurance requirement) - Ideally 0 points / no endorsements ...
