You’ll be representing our brands in our customers’ homes, so you’ll need to be comfortable talking to customers and getting to know them, as well as performing installations.You’ll be fitting meters, demonstrating how the meters and in-home displays work, explaining how they can help save energy, and answering any questions about the green energy revolution we are leading.As part of the Octopus Energy Services team, we’ll ensure you have everything needed to deliver top-class service. You’ll be supported by an office team sharing the same performance goals, working as one team. You’ll also benefit from Octopus Energy’s extensive tech resources, enabling us to evolve processes for less admin time and more service delivery.What you''ll need:
