Duties & Requirements Lead and support requirements gathering workshops with business users, technical teams and project stakeholders. Analyse operational, functional and technical requirements across electricity distribution and transmission projects. Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, process maps and solution specifications. Assess existing Smallworld processes, applications and data structures, identifying opportunities for improvement. Work closely with devs, architects, testers and project managers to ensure solutions meet agreed requirements. Act as the key functional link between client stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
