This role serves as the crucial bridge between operational maintenance supervision and full-scale project management. Moving away from daily hands-on tool-time, you will lead an established on-site technical team, manage specialist sub-contractors, and act as the primary technical interface for corporate client stakeholders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Project Delivery & Execution: Scope, plan, budget, and deliver small works, office fit-outs, asset renewals, and minor building variations across mechanical, electrical, and fabric disciplines from initial survey to final handover. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Line-manage and direct a dedicated on-site engineering team (Electrical, Mechanical, Fabric); coordinate daily task allocations, oversee quality control, and mentor junior technicians.
