Small Works Project Manager (Mechanical / MEP)UK (London and surrounding regions) 55,000 - 80,000 + package (car allowance, bonus, pension)Role OverviewResponsible for managing multiple small works, mechanical and MEP projects (typically 10k- 500k) across commercial and FM environments. Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget and to client standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full project lifecycle from quotation to handoverDeliver mechanical small works, refurbishments and reactive projectsCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers and direct labourProduce and manage programmes, RAMS and project documentationEnsure HSE compliance in line with SMSTS standardsMonitor project costs, variations and profitabilityAct as primary client contact and maintain strong relationshipsOversee commissioning, snagging and final handoverExperience Required5-10+ years in mechanical / MEP project deliveryProven experience managing small works or fit-out projectsBackground in commercial, healthcare or FM environmentsExperience in Cat A / Cat B fit-out and refurbishment worksStrong subcontractor and stakeholder managementAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyQualificationsNVQ Level 6 (or equivalent) in Construction ManagementSMSTS (essential)Mechanical trade background (HVAC / pipefitting/plumbing preferred)Key SkillsProgramme and resource managementStrong commercial awareness (variations, cost control)HSE leadership and complianceClient-facing communicationProblem-solving and ..... full job details .....
