The company has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality builds across a wide range of sectors, including commercial, education, healthcare, industrial, residential, and leisure projects.DutiesLead and coordinate multiple small works projects (up to £50,000) across a diverse client baseManage and allocate work to trades, sub-contractors, and working foremen/supervisors across different sitesEnsure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standardsBuild and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teamsUphold health and safety and quality assurance standards across all projectsThis role is ideal for a hands-on, proactive construction professional who can manage multiple sites and trades effectively while maintaining high standards of delivery.RequirementsProven experience in small works management or project management across small works within constructionExperience across commercial, education, healthcare, or industrial environments is preferredStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple trades and teams simultaneouslyExcellent communication and stakeholder management ..... full job details .....
