We are looking for a practical, organised Small Works Manager / Estimator to join our team in Yate.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, can price small works quickly, and is confident managing multiple jobs from start to finish.About the role:You will converse with customers, assess and produce quotes from drawings or via site visits, organise labour and materials, and manage jobs through to completion.This is a hands-on role with a mix of estimating, scheduling, customer communication, and job management.Key duties:Interact with customers and assess small worksProduce accurate quotesOrder materialsSchedule and coordinate multiple small jobsKeep jobs on timeMaintain simple job paperwork and recordsProvide clear, friendly communication to customers and work crewsAbout you:Experience in small works, domestic or light commercialConfident quoting and pricing jobs from drawings or from attending a site.Strong organisation and follow throughPractical mindset and problem-solving abilityComfortable working in a small company environmentGood communication skillsSomeone with a background in road construction, traffic management or similar would be a benefitWhy join us:Friendly ..... full job details .....
