This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and commercially minded individual with experience managing projects, coordinating trades and subcontractors, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Role As Small Works Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and successful delivery of small works projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the required standards.
