Due to increased workload, we are currently recruiting for a Small Works Estimator to join our small works projects team, over-seeing surveying, pricing / estimating for small works (circa -1,000 - -100,000 values) within a wide range of commercial environments. As the Small Works Estimator, you will be working within a well established team, based in Redhill, Surrey. Your week will be split between office based and visiting client sites. Office based work will include pricing works from circa -1,000 - -10,000 valuations and submitting quotes in a timely manor within contract-SLA & KPIs, alongside all administration support from site visits. The remainder of the week will be visiting client sites and taking project works from initial enquiry, full site survey and providing full quotes for works between -10,000 - -100,000 valuation. Works that you will be pricing will all be small works projects within commercial environments including carpentry, flooring, tiling, fire doors, refurbishments, large emergency repairs, minor brickwor... Permanent
