Small Works Contracts Manager Location: Verwood, Dorset, BH31 6AXSalary: £45,000 £55,000 per annum, depending on experienceWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 08 30, with a 30-minute breakAnnual Leave: 21 days plus bank holidaysCompany Vehicle: Company car and fuel card providedStart Date: To be confirmedAbout the Role We are looking for an organised, proactive and commercially minded Small Works Contracts Manager to join our Small Works Department.In this role, you will take ownership of projects and contracts from initial instruction through to final completion, ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme, to the required quality standards and within agreed commercial parameters.Working closely with our Estimating, Commercial and operational teams, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth transition from quotation and contract award through to successful project delivery.
