Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Small Works and Commissioning Engineer to join their expanding team.The RoleAs a Small Works and Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, modification, testing, and commissioning of active fire systems. You will manage small works projects from start to finish, ensuring systems are installed and commissioned in line with current standards and client expectations.DutiesCarry out small works installations, additions, and upgrades to fire alarm systemsCommission and test fire detection and alarm systems in accordance with relevant standards (e.g., BS 5839)Complete cause and effect programming and configurationPerform system fault finding and rectificationEnsure all documentation, commissioning sheets, and certification are accurately completedLiaise with clients, site managers, and other trades on-siteProvide technical support and handover training to clients where requiredEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations at all timesEssential RequirementsProven experience commissioning Advanced fire alarm systems Strong knowledge of industry standards and ..... full job details .....
