• Leading the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and safety.
• Driving improvements in picking accuracy, quality and customer service.
• Managing and developing a motivated warehouse team through strong leadership and engagement.
• Championing continuous improvement using Lean principles and problem-solving techniques.
• Monitoring warehouse KPIs to improve productivity and performance.
• Resolving customer issues quickly and effectively.
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety, compliance and operational excellence.

• Previous warehouse or distribution management experience.
• A proven track record of leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
