Slough - TM - MASH Team - £42.84 p/h Umb

Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Team Manager to join the MASH Team for Slough Children First.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Leading and managing the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) team to ensure effective responses to safeguarding concerns.
* Overseeing the screening and triage of referrals to ensure appropriate thresholds and risk assessments are applied.
* Managing caseload allocation and ensuring children and young people receive timely and appropriate interventions.
* Supervising Senior Social Workers and supporting staff development through regular supervision and performance management.
* Undertaking quality assurance activity including case audits, peer reviews, and performance monitoring.
* Working collaboratively with partner agencies within the MASH to share information and coordinate safeguarding responses.
* Ensuring accurate and timely case recording in line with statutory and organisational requirements.
* Managing complaints, staff performance, and professional development to maintain high standards of practice.

Working Pattern:
* Full time

Pay Rate:
* -42.84 p/h Umbrella

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* Social Work England Registration
* Significant experience within MASH, Duty & Assessment, or frontline safeguarding services
* Previous management or supervisory experience within children''s social care
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation and multi-agency working
