Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Social Worker to join the Assessment and Intervention Team for Slough Borough Council. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of children and families requiring statutory intervention and support. Complete Child and Family Assessments, Section 17 and Section 47 enquiries in line with legislation. Develop and implement effective care plans to safeguard and promote positive outcomes for children. Work collaboratively with partner agencies including health, education, and police. Attend and contribute to Child Protection Conferences, Core Groups, and court proceedings where required. Maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality case recordings and reports.
