Job Title: Slinger / Signaller
Location: Oxford (OX3 - Headington area)
Pay Rate: -22.00 per hour
Duration: Ongoing / Long-term
Start Date: Immediate

Role Responsibilities:
* Directing crane/lifting operations safely using standard hand signals and radios.
* Attaching and detaching loads in accordance with site lift plans (LOLER compliance).
* Inspecting and checking lifting accessories (slings, shackles, chains) prior to lifts.
* Coordinating with crane operators and site logistics managers.

Requirements:
* Valid CPCS Card (Category A40) OR NPORS Card (N402 with CSCS logo).
* Proven background as a Slinger Signaller on commercial/civils projects.
* Full PPE and strong commitment to site safety.
* Right to work in the UK.
