Slinger

• CPCS/NPORS Slinger/Signaller certification (or equivalent recognised qualification).
  

• Knowledge of lifting operations, load weights, and safe working loads.
  

• Good communication skills (verbal, hand signals, and radio).
  

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
  

• Ability to work under pressure and in varying site conditions.
  

The Slinger/Signaller is responsible for attaching and detaching loads to lifting equipment, giving clear and precise signals to crane operators, and ensuring all lifting operations are carried out safely and in compliance with regulations.
