Start Date: 9 February 2026
Contract Duration: Two Months
Rate: andpound;170 per day
Hours: Full-time andndash; 40 hours per week
Working Hours: 7:30am andndash; 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Blue Card Slinger / Signaller for a site-based role in the Wirral. The successful candidate will play a key role in safely directing crane operations and supporting lifting activities on a live construction site.

This is a two month freelance/agency position, suitable for an operative with proven experience in crane signalling and working within confined spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Signalling crane lifts safely and effectively

Assisting with lifting operations in line with site lift plans and RAMS

Working closely with crane operators and site teams

Maintaining a high standard of site safety at all times

Complying with all health andamp; safety procedures

Required Tickets andamp; Certifications

CPCS / NPORS Blue Card Slinger/Signaller

Confined Space andndash; Medium Risk certification

Essential Experience

Proven experience in signalling crane lifts

Previous work on active construction or civil engineering sites

Strong understanding of safe lifting operations
