We are looking for an experienced and motivated Digital Essential Skills MathsTutor to deliver engaging training and assessment to learners across a regional area, supporting them to achieve recognised qualifications and progress in their careers. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with learners on a one-to-one basis and within workshop environments, providing tailored support that builds confidence, develops essential workplace skills and helps individuals reach their full potential. What You''ll Be Doing Deliver engaging Essential Skills training in Literacy, Numeracy and Digital Skills. Support learners to achieve Essential Skills Wales qualifications within agreed timescales. Deliver one-to-one and group-based learning sessions tailored to individual needs. Register learners and organise, conduct and invigilate controlled assessments in line with awarding body requirements. Assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback and maintain high achievement rates. Produce and maintain accurate learner records and assessment documentation. Develop learning resources to support effective delivery. Build positive relationships with learners and employers to encourage engagement and progression.
