This includes the Asset (Buses) and premises (garages) cleaning team. They need an experienced skills trainer to support in building a new function from scratch across multiple depots. You will deliver training for bus and premises cleaning, set standards, and influence culture across a large operational workforce.  Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver training programs for bus and premises cleaning, including classroom, practical, and on-site coaching Build all training materials from scratch to improve cleaning standards and embed best practice Assess performance, provide feedback, and support ongoing development of cleaning operatives Ensure all cleaning operations comply with Health & Safety, COSHH, and company standards Support operational managers with technical advice, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives What We’re Looking For Experience delivering training in a blue-collar environment, ideally in cleaning, logistics, industrial, or transport settings ...
