Join Peabody as a Housing Skills Trainer and help learners build the knowledge, skills and confidence to succeed. What You''ll Do Your typical day could start with planning and delivering engaging learning sessions for apprentices, either in the classroom, online, or in the workplace. You might then meet with learners on a 1-2-1 basis to review progress, provide coaching and feedback, and support them towards achieving their apprenticeship goals. Later in the day, you could be developing learning resources, preparing learners for End Point Assessment (EPA), or collaborating with managers to create meaningful workplace learning opportunities. As a Skills Trainer, you''ll be responsible for delivering high-quality Housing apprenticeship programmes, supporting learners to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to succeed in their roles and progress in their careers. Managing a caseload of approximately 40 apprentices, you''ll provide teaching, coaching, assessment and tailored support to maximise learner engagement, achievement and progression. You''ll play a key role in improving learner experience, attendance, retention and outcomes while contributing to the Academy''s quality of education, safeguarding culture, curriculum delivery and continuous improvement activities.
