Essential Skills Tutor North Wales Location (Home-based and in the community) Salary: £25,700 to £27,300 depending on experience We have fantastic opportunity for a Essential Skills Tutor. Are you passionate about helping people improve their literacy, numeracy and digital skills? What You''ll Be Doing: Home-based and deliver engaging Essential Skills training in Literacy, Numeracy and Digital Skills. Support learners to achieve Essential Skills Wales qualifications within agreed timescales in the local community radius. Deliver one-to-one and group-based learning sessions tailored to individual needs. Register learners and organise, conduct and invigilate controlled assessments in line with awarding body requirements. Assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback and maintain high achievement rates. Produce and maintain accurate learner records and assessment documentation. Develop learning resources to support effective delivery. Build positive relationships with learners and employers to encourage engagement and progression. Travel across your allocated region to meet learners in the workplace. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve quality standards and performance targets. Ensure compliance with awarding body requirements, safeguarding, quality assurance and organisational policies.
