Plumbing Lecturer / Skills Coach A well-established further education college is looking to strengthen its apprenticeship team with experienced Plumbing professionals who are passionate about developing the next generation of tradespeople. There are currently three opportunities available, offering a mixture of permanent, part-time and temporary work. Plumbing Lecturer TemporaryHours: Full timePay: £30.00 per hour These roles would suit experienced Plumbing professionals who enjoy supporting apprentices, sharing their industry knowledge and helping learners progress successfully through their apprenticeship. The role Depending on whether you join as a Lecturer or Skills Coach, your responsibilities will include: Providing appropriate support, information and guidance to a caseload of Plumbing apprentices. Delivering high-quality coaching, mentoring, teaching, learning and assessment across apprenticeship programmes. Regularly reviewing and monitoring apprentice progress using the college''s online e-portfolio system. Supporting apprentices to complete all elements of their programme and progress successfully through gateway and End Point Assessment. ..... full job details .....
