This is a varied role combining learner support, assessment, apprenticeship administration, management information and compliance. You will take responsibility for a caseload of apprentices, supporting them from enrolment through to successful completion, while also ensuring that learner, employer and programme records are accurate, complete and compliant. The Skills Coach and MIS Administrator will work closely with learners, employers and colleagues across delivery, quality, employer engagement and finance to ensure apprentices receive high-quality support and that programme documentation, funding evidence and management information are maintained to a high standard.
