This is a varied role combining learner support, assessment, apprenticeship administration, management information and compliance. You will take responsibility for a caseload of apprentices, supporting them from enrolment through to successful completion, while also ensuring that learner, employer and programme records are accurate, complete and compliant. The Skills Coach & MIS Administrator will work closely with learners, employers and colleagues across delivery, quality, employer engagement and finance to ensure apprentices receive high-quality support and that programme documentation, funding evidence and management information are maintained to a high standard.
