At Able Personnel, we are recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing training provider for a passionate Skills Assessor CIPD and CMI to join their expanding team based in London. You will play a key role as a Skills Assessor CIPD and CMI, in assessing learner work, providing clear guidance and feedback, and ensuring learners are supported to achieve successful outcomes. You will work closely with delivery and quality teams to maintain high standards and improve learner engagement and achievement. What you will be doing: • Mark and assess learner assignments for CIPD and CMI programmes in line with awarding body standards and internal quality processes • Provide clear, constructive and developmental written feedback to support learner progression • Support learners with academic guidance and coaching throughout their programme • Monitor learner progress and identify learners who require additional support • Maintain accurate and timely records of learner progress and assessment outcomes • Work closely with delivery, quality ..... full job details .....
