As a Skills and Progression Engagement Officer, you will play a key role in engaging learners, developing employer and partner relationships, and supporting progression into employment, apprenticeships and further learning. This is a dynamic, outward-facing position at the heart of the college''s employability and adult skills provision. You''ll work closely with local employers, training providers, community partners and internal teams to create meaningful opportunities that reflect the needs of learners and the local workforce. The Role You will be responsible for: Driving learner recruitment and engagement - promoting programmes, generating interest and supporting enrolment activity across the local area.
