We''re proud of our reputation for quality and are looking for a hands-on Site Foreman / Senior Hard Landscaper to lead our site teams and help us deliver top-class gardens. What You''ll Be Doing Working hours are 7.30am to 4.30pm with one hour paid lunch break. Running jobs day-to-day, keeping things organised on site. Leading and working alongside a small team of landscapers. Reading drawings and setting out works. Carrying out a wide range of hard landscaping tasks such as paving, brickwork, blockwork, stonework, fencing, decking, pergolas, steps, and walls. Making sure work is done safely and to a high standard. Ordering materials and keeping projects on schedule. Being the main point of contact for clients, designers, and the office. What We''re Looking For Minimum 5 years'' hard landscaping experience (foreman or team leader experience preferred). Able to lead by example with strong practical skills. Good communicator who can keep a team motivated. Confident using machinery like diggers and dumpers (tickets helpful but not essential). Ideally hold a UK driving licence .
