Skilled Sheet Metal Worker Location: Byfleet, Surrey Salary: Extremely Competitive Our client is a precision engineering company looking to recruit a Skilled Sheet Metal Worker. As Skilled Sheet Metal Worker you would be required to manufacture, assemble, form and finish precision sheet metal aerospace components and assemblies in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications and quality standards, ensuring production targets and customer requirements are achieved safely and efficiently. Skilled Sheet Metal Worker requirements: Time-served apprenticeship in Sheet Metal Work, Aircraft Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification. Experience in sheet metal fabrication, aerospace manufacturing or a similar engineering environment. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical instructions and specifications. Skilled in aerospace sheet metal techniques including forming, fitting, assembly and riveting. Experience using standard sheet metal machinery, hand tools and measuring equipment.
