Pro-Found Recruitment are looking to recruit a Skilled Production Operative for our client in Alfreton, DE55.Skilled Production Operative Benefits:Hours: Monday to Friday working 7:30am - 4pm - work 37.5 hours but paid for 42.5 hoursRate of Pay: 12.81Contract: Temp to perm contract Skilled Production Operative role and responsibilities include:Quality inspectionOperating Fabrication Machinery, including automated saws, routers.Use of hand tools including measuring devicesFabricating bespoke ordersAssist in all stages of manufacturing aluminium doors/conservatory roofs/bespoke itemsAssist colleagues in hitting production targets.Focus on producing quality products.Skilled Production Operative Key skills:Previous fabrication experience preferred but training could be given to the right candidate who can demonstrate a strong production/manufacturing backgroundMust have excellent attention to detail.Experience of using hand tools and good measuring skills.Able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.Excellent time keeping and attendance.Willingness to undertake further training.Previous experience in the window and door sector would be an advantage but not essential.Pro-Found Recruitment are an employment business and equal opportunities employer. ..... full job details .....
