This is a hands-on role ideal for someone confident in operating machinery and supporting efficient production. Both day and evening shifts are available, making this a flexible temp-to-perm opportunity with weekly pay and long-term career potential. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently Carry out quality inspections to ensure compliance with standards Pack, label, and palletise finished products accurately Report any machinery faults or production issues promptly Perform minor machine adjustments and support basic maintenance tasks Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the work area Meet daily production targets in line with company performance goals Complete production documentation accurately and on time Support and guide junior operatives where required Requirements Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment essential Confident with machinery and understanding of production processes Strong attention to ..... full job details .....
