The Opportunity

In this hands-on role, you''ll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving back-end production machinery to ensure high levels of efficiency, quality, and performance.

You''ll take ownership of equipment reliability, diagnosing faults, completing maintenance activities, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. This is a role where your expertise directly impacts production output and operational success.

What You''ll Bring

You''ll be a hands-on engineer with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high standards of safety and quality. You''ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

A Level 3 Mechanical Apprenticeship or NVQ (or equivalent) is essential, along with experience working with production machinery and equipment.
