Skilled Manual Machinists - (Across Day and Night Shifts) Permanent We are currently recruiting for experienced and motivated machinists to join our team across a range of manual and CNC boring and milling roles. This role offers opportunities on both day and night shifts, working on medium to heavy engineered components in a busy and well-established manufacturing environment. Machine Types: Manual Vertical Borer Setter/Operator Day and Night Shifts Manual Horizontal Borer Setter/Operator Day and Night Shifts CNC Vertical Borer Setter/Operator/Programmer Day and Night Shifts CNC Elgamill Setter/Operator/Programmer Night Shift CNC Hartford Horizontal Borer Setter/Operator/Programmer Night Shift (Please note: CNC Horizontal Borer role is not currently active but may become available in future.) Key Responsibilities: Setting and operating manual or CNC boring/milling machines Programming CNC machines where required (Fanuc or Heidenhain controls) Producing medium to heavy workpieces to customer drawings and specifications Carrying out self-inspection to ensure quality and accuracy Maintaining a safe and organised working environment Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in a similar machining role (manual and/or CNC) Background in turning or milling depending on role Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances Experience with Fanuc or Heidenhain control systems (for CNC roles) Familiarity with ..... full job details .....
