Duties will include: Rip out of existing bathrooms Lifting and removing vinyl flooring General strip-out works Assisting carpenters and other trades Moving materials around site General site labouring and keeping work areas clean and tidy Following health and safety procedures at all times Requirements Previous refurbishment or construction site experience Own PPE (Safety Boots, Hi-Vis, Gloves and Safety Goggles) Reliable and hardworking Ability to start immediately Benefits Immediate start Free on-site parking Opportunity for ongoing work for the right candidate Application question(s): Do you hold a valid CSCS Card, and do you have your own PPE (safety boots, hi-vis, gloves and safety goggles)?
