The role will involve general labouring duties, including moving desks and assisting flooring subcontractors with the preparation of areas ready for new flooring to be installed. Duties and Responsibilities Moving desks and furniture to allow works to take place. Assisting flooring subcontractors with preparation works. Ripping up and removing existing flooring. Keeping the site clean, tidy and safe. Moving materials and waste around site. Supporting trades and subcontractors as required. Following all site health and safety procedures. Requirements Previous labouring experience. Experience with refurbishment or similar projects preferred. Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling. Valid CSCS card and PPE required.
