We are a resident-focused organisation, so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. A significant part of this role is emptying and cleaning void properties. The successful candidates will live within fifteen miles of Crewe to be able to reach our residents in a timely manner. You must have a full UK manual driving licence, and there is a requirement for a basic DBS check, which will be paid for by The Guinness Partnership. You will be able to demonstrate these essential skills: Deal with damp and mould treatments in occupied properties. Property and garden clearance. Basic ground maintenance. Assisting other members of the trades team as required. Work in a customer-focused environment within agreed performance targets. Work methodically, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information.
