Skilled Labourer

JOB DESCRIPTIONWhat we are looking for We are looking for 2 experienced Skilled Labourers with great customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done. We are a resident-focused organisation, so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. A significant part of this role is emptying and cleaning void properties. The successful candidates will live within fifteen miles of Crewe to be able to reach our residents in a timely manner. You must have a full UK manual driving licence, and there is a requirement for a basic DBS check, which will be paid for by The Guinness Partnership. You will be able to demonstrate these essential skills: Deal with damp and mould treatments in occupied properties. Property and garden clearance. Basic ground maintenance. Assisting other members of the trades team as required. Work in a customer-focused environment within agreed performance targets. Work methodically, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information. Ability to carry out physical tasks, lift weights and work at heights in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines.
