Skilled Labourer

JOB DESCRIPTIONAbout Us Guinness Property provides repairs and maintenance services to The Guinness Partnership. Our national teams deliver rapid-response housing repairs, maintenance, and improvement services to ensure that our residents'' homes are safe and maintained to a high standard. About the role We are looking for a Skilled Labourer to join our Empty Homes team covering Oldham, Rochdale, Blackburn and Lancaster to support with emptying, cleaning, painting, damp and mould work and general multi-skilled work. This is a permanent role, working 40 hours per week covering the hours between 8 am - 7 pm Monday - Friday plus Saturday morning. The later shift and Saturday morning working is delivered on a rota basis. To ensure timely access to our residents, the successful candidate must live within the Oldham area. A full UK driving licence is essential. A basic DBS check is required, which will be paid for by The Guinness Partnership. You will be able to demonstrate these essential skills: You must be able to demonstrate competence within various multi-skills and experience in inner and outer property clearance, basic ground maintenance and mould washes/treatment and flooring coverings. Experience of working in a customer-focused environment and ideally within the social housing sector, where you have delivered a great service.
