Our national teams deliver rapid-response housing repairs, maintenance, and improvement services to ensure that our residents'' homes are safe and maintained to a high standard. About the role We are looking for a Skilled Labourer to join our Cornwall team to support the delivery of responsive repairs, which will include damp and mould work, cleaning, clearance and general multi-skilled work. This is a permanent role working 40 hours per week. Normal working hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. You will also be required to work a 10:30am - 7:00pm late shift and a Saturday morning on a rotational basis.To ensure timely access to our residents, the successful candidate must live in Cornwall. A full UK driving licence is essential.
