Skilled Labourer – Healthcare Project, Torbay

RGB Recruitment are seeking a Skilled Labourer to join a main contractor on a long-term healthcare project based in Torbay. This position offers consistent work and the opportunity to be part of a well-established team delivering a high-profile project.

Responsibilities:

- Carrying out general and skilled labouring duties as directed by site management
- Assisting trades on site with materials and preparation works
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards across work areas
- Supporting the smooth running of daily site operations

Requirements:

- Valid CSCS card (essential)
- Previous experience working on commercial or healthcare construction projects
- Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
- Good understanding of site health and safety procedures
