We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join a busy new build housing site in South Otterington (near Northallerton) for a contract role. This position specifically focuses on preboarding, ensuring the plots are perfectly prepared for the dry-lining and boarding teams to move in. The Role: Carrying out all aspects of preboarding and floor/wall preparation. Installing fire-stopping, beads, and ensuring all noggins are correctly placed and secured. Checking and clearing floor and stud areas to ensure they are level and debris-free for the boarding team. Moving and organizing boards and timber to various plots. Assisting the site team with general skilled duties to keep the project moving forward. Key Requirements: Valid CSCS card.
