Skilled Labourer

Your new company
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Skilled Labourer / Pre-Plaster Labourer to work on a temporary contract in Whalley, Lancashire.The role will involve carrying out pre-plaster works and preparing properties/plots ready for the plastering and finishing trades.

Your new role

• Completing general pre-plaster preparation
• Filling gaps, holes and making good where required
• Applying expanding foam and sealants
• Installing insulation and carrying out minor remedial works
• Preparing walls, ceilings and surrounding areas ready for plasterers
• Minor patching and snagging
• Using hand and power tools
• Moving materials and assisting trades where required
• Keeping plots and working areas clean and tidy
• Ensuring work is completed to a good standard and ready for the next trade

What you''ll need to succeed

• Previous pre-plaster or skilled labouring experience
• Valid CSCS card
• Confident using hand and power tools
• Good understanding of working on busy construction sites
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Available for temporary work in Whalley
