Skilled Labourer

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Skilled Labourer to join our growing team in High Ongar. This is an excellent opportunity for a hardworking individual with strong practical skills and a solid background in construction or site work.

You will be working on a variety of residential and/or commercial projects, supporting tradespeople and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

• Assisting skilled trades (carpenters, bricklayers, electricians, etc.)

• General site preparation and clearance

• Basic carpentry, groundwork, or brickwork (depending on experience)

• Operating hand and power tools safely

• Loading/unloading materials

• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

• Following site health & safety regulations

• Proven experience as a skilled labourer or similar role

• Valid CSCS card

• Good knowledge of construction site safety

• Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment
