We are partnering with an established main contractor requiring an operative capable of assisting with concrete pours and achieving quality surface finishes.If you have a valid CSCS card, hands-on experience in concrete placement and finishing, and a strong work ethic, we have an immediate start available now.The RoleConcrete Placement and Pouring: Assisting with concrete pours, directing skip/pump deliveries, raking, levelling, and tamping wet concrete to required site levels.Concrete Finishing: Hand floating, trowelling, and applying specified surface finishes (brushed, tamped, or smooth power float assistance) to slabs, footings, and pathways.Formwork and Prep Support: Assisting shuttering carpenters with formwork preparation, placing rebar/mesh, applying release agents, and cleaning tools post-pour.Site Support and Maintenance: General skilled labourer duties, maintaining a tidy work area, and ensuring all site safety rules are strictly followed.RequirementsCSCS Card: Valid CSCS Green Card (General Operative) or Blue Card (Concrete Operations / Skilled Worker).Experience: Proven experience working with concrete (pouring, raking, levelling, and hand-finishing) on civils or construction sites.Tools and Kit: ..... full job details .....
