Skilled Labourer Location: Birchington Start Date: Immediate Contract: TemporaryWe are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Operative to attend a live site in Birchington to assist with a combination of access and grounds maintenance works.Duties Will Include:Erecting, striking, and moving a lightweight mobile tower (up to 8m) to facilitate gutter clip and joint worksCarrying out heavy weeding and clearance of external flower bedsGeneral site support duties as requiredRequirements:Valid PASMA or equivalent mobile tower erection qualificationValid CSCS CardExperience working on construction, maintenance, or social housing sitesAbility to carry out manual gardening and clearance worksOwn hand tools preferred for gardening dutiesGood awareness of site health and safety proceduresIf you are available immediately and meet the above requirements, please apply with your CV and certification details.
