This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced trades person to contribute to high-quality work and projects in a supportive, safety-driven environment.   Key Responsibilities:    Digging trenches, foundations, and other necessary excavation works.  Preparing ground for the construction of roads, pavements, and driveways.  Using rollers, vibrators, or other equipment to compact soil and gravel to increase stability.  Following strict safety guidelines and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) like helmets, gloves, and high-visibility clothing.    Requirements:    Prior groundworker experience and valid Dumper-roller and CSCS required.
