We at RG Setsquare are hiring for the role of Groundworker (Temporary)

Location: Bridport (Postcode - DT6)

Pay Rate: 22/hourly

Role Overview:
RG Setsquare is currently seeking a skilled and reliable Groundworker to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced trades person to contribute to high-quality work and projects in a supportive, safety-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digging trenches, foundations, and other necessary excavation works.
• Preparing ground for the construction of roads, pavements, and driveways.
• Using rollers, vibrators, or other equipment to compact soil and gravel to increase stability.
• Following strict safety guidelines and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) like helmets, gloves, and high-visibility clothing.

Requirements:

• Prior groundworker experience and valid Dumper-roller and CSCS required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
